Receptionist
We are seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. This role involves greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing daily administrative tasks, updating records, and supporting the veterinary team where needed. A warm personality, attention to detail, and excellent customer service orientation are key.
The desired applicant should bear adequate professional skills, people skills, and the ability to handle a busy reception area confidently. Experience in customer service or administrative work is beneficial but not required.
Applicants must be EU nationals or authorised to work in Malta.
Preference will be given to candidates who can communicate effectively in Maltese.
Veterinary Nurse
We are looking for a dedicated Veterinary Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment. Your role includes assisting veterinarians during consultations and procedures, providing care to animals, preparing treatment areas, supporting clients with guidance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
Applicants should have a genuine love for animals, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team. Prior experience in animal care is considered an asset but not essential.
Applicants must be EU nationals or otherwise authorised to work in Malta. Maltese-speaking candidates will be given preference due to client-facing responsibilities.
Veterinarian
We are looking for a dedicated Veterinarian to join our team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, responsible, and confident working in a busy clinic environment. Your role includes examining and diagnosing animals, planning and performing treatments and surgeries, prescribing medications, guiding clients on preventive care and follow-up, and working closely with the nursing team to ensure high standards of animal welfare and smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
Qualifications & Requirements (Veterinarian)

A recognised Degree in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent).

Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the relevant Veterinary Council/Authority.

Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with an interest in continuous professional development.

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
